Spreading the Word: Philosophers on Authenticity

Continuing the theme of the last weeks, today I share a BBC podcast episode on authenticity. What does it mean to be oneself, is there a fixed self at all, and why should it matter whether we are authentic or not? Philosophers engage in discussing these and other questions, addressing some of the perennial themes of human life: Authenticity. Enjoy!

Keeping up the “Spreading the Word” tradition, every weekend, I hope to share an article I’ve read or a video I’ve seen and thought inspiring and insightful. I feel it is essential to take good care both of our physical and mental well-being. Humans have always turned and returned to storytelling to find meaning. My weekends’ “Spreading the Word” posts are an online version of sharing meaningful stories.

keep exploring and storytelling!
