This is a special post on a special day. It is the annual World Philosophy Day, celebrated by UNESCO with a dedicated programme on the 19th and 20th November. What a great occasion to share with you the 100th post on the humanfactor.blog!
“Philosophy is an inspiring discipline as well as an everyday practice that can transform societies. By enabling to discover the diversity of the intellectual currents in the world, philosophy stimulates intercultural dialogue. By awakening minds to the exercise of thinking and the reasoned confrontation of opinions, philosophy helps to build a more tolerant, more respectful society.”

Keeping up the “Spreading the Word” tradition, every Thursday I hope to share with you an article I’ve read or a video I’ve seen and considered it to be inspiring or enlightening. I feel it is important to take good care not just of our physical but also of our mental well-being. Humans have always turned and returned to storytelling. My Thursdays’ “Spreading the Word” articles are an online version of sharing worthwhile stories.
keep exploring and storytelling!
