In this week’s “Spreading the Word”, I share with you one short video from a YouTube channel I begin to enjoy a lot. They are called The School of Life and offer many interesting short videos on a great variety of topics. My today’s pick is a video about our current age – also known as Modernity. I like how the authors of the video capture both sides of the ‘story’, illustrating the cost at which we have the chance to enjoy all the advantages brought by the modern era. If nothing else, it is a good reminder that there are always two sides (at least) to every story.

Especially now, during our uncertain times, I feel it is important to take good care not just of our physical but also of our mental well-being.
